Problem with upload photos

configuration of rights for loading pictures is set to All registered, but when recording images we need to make their own category in which I download photos, upload it to an already established category

Hi,

I'm sorry, I don't know what you need.
Do you need that your users can create a category from frontend wherin they can upload pictures?
Or that you create a category and that they upload pictures only in that category?
Or something else?

I had this same problem...

.... suggest creating menu link using the category list layout, not the control panel layout. The upload option appears at the bottom of the screen
