front end upload problem

Hi all,
I'me having a problem to upload image from the front end, I've created menu links to be able to display the pictures in the detail view and a menu links for the user control panel, so when i'm not register i can see all te pictures in the detail view, and when i'm register i expect to be able to upload new image from the front end but it's not, I still see the pictures in detail view not the interface to upload images.
And I've try to unpublish the menu links "Phoca Gallery Category List Layout" and let "Phoca Gallery User Control Panel Layout" publish , and by doing that i'm able to upload new images but the detail view isn't working anymore when in not register.

So i don't know what i'm doing wrong !
I've enable user control panel in the control panel, and done all te things said in the documentation but it's not working.
And it's the same problem on all joomla template.
What do i need to do to make this work ?
