Front End User Upload Was Working But...

Now when I try to upload an image I get the infamous "Error Saving Filename" message. I have verified that the image size is ok and that upload permissions are appropriate. I went in to the backend and saw the image that I was trying to upload was there and it was viewable.

So the image itself is being uploaded to the server, but the phoca gallery component will not add it to the specified category. I have tried adding it to other categories and I get the same message everytime. I'm a bit confused. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I am using version 2.5.4. Thanks.

Maybe Phoca Gallery cannot try to create folders for thumbnails, see the database tables too:
