Phoca gallery 2.5.2 creating thumnail

I think i use correctly phoca gallery. I create folder, i upload picture. I add multiple, the process to create thumbail seems OK, the data base is OK, the folder thumb is created, but nothing inside.

Hi,

are you using Joomla 1.5.12?
