Control Panel » [Parameters] button doesn't exist

Post by Larry92 »

Hallo! I am from Germany :D
First I need to say you did a great job with the Phoca Gallery!
I have first installed it on a xampp test server with joomla 1.5 ! And it all worked, so I had the chance to check it out!
Now I have a real .de domain with joomla 1.5 on it! There are no problems, but ONE!! Small but important!

The Control Panel » [Parameters] button is missing, there's only the help buttom! :o On the test server it worked!

I installed the language package for Phoca Gallery, too. But it didn't work before and even whe I uninstalled the whole Phoca Gallery and reinstalled it, the most important buttom is missing!! :(
Any suggestions? Some ftp authorities??
Thanks for your efforts!!

Hi,

you need to be logged in as a super administrator to show the parameters button

All your users can change the parameters per menu item. Why would you want all your users to set the global parameters?

And I think you can change it by hacking the core
