Hi,
the modal box you use just opens the size of the images.
To change the size of the images you need to set the width and height of the large image in components > phoca gallery > control panel > parameters. And to recreate the thumbs. For more info see: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... w-resizing
