I enabled watermark in setting and create watermark-large.png and watermark-medium.png in phocagallery but it didn't work

Please help

I have House category so i upload watermark-large.png and watermark-medium.png in images/phocagallery/House
right or wrong

Same problem here. I posted the watermark-large.png file into the category subfolder (images/phocagallery/2007). Then I enabled the watermark in the default settings (under Menu's - Main Menu) and have set the component parameter "Create watermark" to yes. However I don't get the watermark on my pictures.

Hi, did you recreate the thumbnails after these settings?
