Phoca Gallery Control Panel

The images in Phoca Gallery Control Panel is not visible in the admin backend of joomla.

We succsessfullu uploaded photos and they are visible on the our joomla homepage frontend, the problem is in the backend, we cant see the images.

We get this error message when we push the link images under backend of joomla in the Phoca Gallery Control Panel .

Can anyone help me with a solution?

Explain to us so a child can understand we are not so good at this.
