Is there a possibility to hide the subcategories in the categories main view in the frontend?
Every time I create an subcategory, I can see it in the main view of categories in the frontend. But they should onliny be listed in the view of the parent category.
Is there a possibility to fix this by my own?

Re: show sub-categories not in category-main-view
Hi,
there is a setting called 'display subcategories'.
You can find this in components > phoca gallery > control panel > parameters button, or if you want it only for 1 menu item: menus > your menu > your phoca gallery menu item > component - parameters (2nd box on the right).
Make sure display empty categories is set to yes.
