Problem of Internal Server Error

I have a problem with Phoca Gallery.

Accessing the administrator Image section I got very often an Internal Server Error (sometime I got no error).
I see the error log on my sever and I see that there is a timeout problem.

This depend on server side or from Phoca Gallery.

Also I see if I disable the thumbnail creation there is no problem of Internal Server Error.

So I ask if there is a way to create offline thumbnails and upload them using FTP and allow Phoca Gallery to recognize it.

Hi, yes, you can create them offline, just install Joomla! + Phoca Gallery offline, create the thumbnails and copy them to your server, then they will be no more created on server.

You can set "pagination thumbnail creation" on your site to yes, so then only images per page will be created, maybe this can help too.
