Shadowbox Background Color

I want to change the color that the screen fades to when shadowbox starts. I went through the CSS and its not in there.
There is no parameter for it in admin area.

Shadowbox website says to do this:
Shadowbox.init({overlayColor:'#ff0000'});

Hi, yes this can be added into the parameters. Is there somewhere some API about using the overlay for shadowbox?
