Solution:
downgrade plg_finder_phocagalleryimage_v5.0.3.zip

This is what I do

As a admin
go to component - Phoca Gallery - Images - select categorie - categorie name - general options - Description - enter or change text - save

then this error
"1054 unknknown column "access"in select"

when updated to plg_finder_phocagalleryimage_v6.1.0.zip
or plg_finder_phocagalleryimage_v6.1.1 zip

no problem when downgraded to plg_finder_phocagalleryimage_v5.0.3.zip
