Thumbnail Creation

Good morning, I'm having a problem with thumbnail creation. After I upload the images and start creating the thumbnails, it freezes. I've cleared the cache and the images, but creation remains stuck. I've enabled debugging, but it doesn't return any errors.
What should I do?

Hi,

Perhaps you tried to create too many thumbnails at once. Try the setting: "Add page by page".

The problem is that if I regenerate the thumbnails already created, it destroys them and they're no longer visible.

The screenshot looks okay.

Unfortunately, I don't know for sure right now.

Perhaps sometimes that's happened to me before:
Go to the end of the desired image list, assuming it's set to "page-by-page creation," and click "Next" (or something similar).

Hi, the problem is that when I click on "Images" it always takes me to the image page, but I can't unlock it. If only it would lock when I clicked STOP.

Hi, that article didn't solve the problem. I uninstalled PhocaGallery, deleted the "phocagallery" folder and all the images, and cleared the cache. I reinstalled PhocaGallery, and when I click on "Images," the thumbnail creation page always opens, even though the folder and images are no longer there. Absurd. I don't know what else to do except change the gallery.

Are all extensions up to date?

It's usually not necessary to uninstall the gallery. Install it over the existing installation via package upload.

Are the thumbnails (l, m, s) also uninstalled?
