I have some customers I have to create the order and invoice. I have downloaded the PDF plugin and looked for the new button on orders, but I do not have that option. What have I missed? Please supply step-by-step instructions

Hi,
there is no ‘New’ button in: Backend --> Components --> Phoca Cart --> Orders, because orders are placed in the frontend. These are then displayed in the backend under 'Orders'.
You can customize the invoice in Phoca Cart Options:
