Error on upload

When I upload using administration page everything works, but when I try to upload from frontpage it says:

Not Found

The requested URL /foto-galerija-slika/category/9-karikature.html&tab=3 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

with java upload,

and with single upload, it finish, but there isn't picture in category.

Ok, I will try, but I need it with sef also if it is possible, becouse I use it for search engines.

Hi, try to disable sef means you should test it without sef enabled so you know where the problem is. it doesn't mean you shouldn't use sef on your site . It means try to test it without SEF enabled and if it will work, then we will know it is about SEF. then you can speacialize on searching only in SEF themes (e.g. on forum.joomla.org)
