How to get full size images/ bigger thumbs

My Phoca installation is almost perfect, all I need is to fix Norw. lang. pack, the sef plugin is already perfect:

I have read the docs several times, but I still dont understand:


-- how to get bigger thumbs
I now have 100 x 100 (square)
I want 150 x 250 (rectangular -- the proper size for DSLRs)

-- how to get full size images

I now have 640 x 426
I want 1000 x 700 (rectangular -- the proper size for DSLRs)

I guess this is very simple to fix
