Attempting to export even a single Phoca Cart product using RO CSVI export results in an error.
Status error: 500
Status message: Internal Server Error

Can you help resolve this issue from the Phoca Cart side?


PS: Is there a method to import/export data about additional product fields (e.g., specifications) for Phoca Cart filters without external solutions (like RO CSVI) and without using SQL?

The problem was solved by updating RO CSVI to the latest version.
