Error 1406

Someone had an "error 1406 Data too long for column description in row 1" when user want to complete his order, but I can't reproduce it
I'm not using Litespeed, or SecurityCheck ...

Can someone tell me which table this is so I can modify it?

Do you have a log on your server, is such error logged there? To see the whole message, to know which description column is meant. Mostly the columns for description do have "text" type, so then it depends on database options what amount of data can be stored there. So try to see even database settings, if there is no limit
