Add extensions to the menu

Hi, is it possible to add in ex Virtuemart and YOOtheme to the top menu as head of menu - YOOtheme direct to Customizer and Vrituemart as a head of menu.) I'm upgrading to J- and VM 4 and in version 3, I have these in the top menu.

Hi, Phoca Top Menu displays all the items from Joomla alternative menu layout. So the way could be somehow change this alternative menu but I don't have any experiences with this so no clue advice
