Manual Thumbnails Generation

How can I manually generate thumbnails? Can I do this from galllery control panel or any other way?

Hi,

Create the thumbs on your pc, name them the same as Phoca Gallery does, and upload them to the thumbs folder.

Naming:
large image: phoca_thumb_l_name of image
medium image: phoca_thumb_m_name of image
small image: phoca_thumbs_s_name of image

By the way, why can't you use the automatic thumbnails generation?
