Installation of PhocaDownload plugin

Hi,
I'm trying to install your plugin on my testing website at this url: testing-nutrimed.ingup.it/

I made many attempts with no result.
I installed a basic plugin with good result so it's not the migration of my website in testing environment.

The version of the plugin I downloaded is this: com_phocadownload_v3.2.3.zip (for Joomla 3)

Could you support me to install your plugin?
Can I give you my admin credentials to make a test of installation?

Why are you still running a Joomla! 3 site? Support for Joomla! 3 has long since expired, and support for Joomla! 4 will also be discontinued in the fall.
