Error Code...is it me?

I searched for this problem but didn't really find it. When I try to upload photos I get the following error:

It doesn't allow me to upload pictures. I get this error in all webbrowers. Is it a Java problem or something else?

this is a javascrip-problem

After closer examination this appears to be the problem as well: swf.js file. This all started after upgrading Phoca recently. Nothing else has changed....
