Unable to drill down on menus

I tried to downgrade on my Xampp to 5.0.3 and it crashed the site, on the Phoca pages
I think perhaps I had better leave it until a new version comes out/

It has something to do with Folder permissions , but I cannot work out what , currently all are 755 but there are some that I can get into?

Sorted it!!!

Under the older version, you could have folder names without gaps. The recent updated version , it cannot cope
