Hello
I have 5.1.2 on Joomla 5 and if I go for adding an image it does not drill down to any file names , it remains on the top folder and the screen blinks?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Terry

Re: Unable to drill down on menus
Hi,
I have no idea because I don't understand the problem. Could you please take some screenshots to illustrate the problem more clearly?
Kind regards,
Benno

Also tried on Firefox , edge and chrome, all the same
Maybe something to do with the fact , we was on J4 with version 5.1 and then updated to J5 and updated Phoca to 5.1.2??????

Re: Unable to drill down on menus
Hi,
First of all: Is this a fresh Phoca Gallery v5.1.2 installation or a migration from an earlier Joomla! version? If it is a migration, from which Joomla version to which Joomla version?
Then I would do the following:
1.) Reinstall Phoca Gallery v5.1.2. Do not uninstall anything, just install it again. (Background: It could be that the script was interrupted at some point during the first installation and therefore some functions were not completely installed.
2.) I would use FTP (e.g. FileZilla) to check whether the directory and file permissions are set correctly:
Folders should have permission 755
and files should have permission 644
Kind regards,
Benno

File permissions are fine, checked in Cpanel, we are running quite a new PHP 8.3 ?

Re: Unable to drill down on menus
Hi,
PHP 8.3 is ok.
Backup your system and try to downgrade to PGv5.0.3
The PG versions from 5.1.0 onwards are already prepared for Joomla! 6, and Jan wrote that there have been changes in the methods. Perhaps that is the problem.
Kind regards,
Benno
