Image load jumps back to Joomla Home Page & SQL Error

I've only downloaded Gallery, but any action to load photos takes me back to the Joomla adminitration home page. Other options do the same. No error messages received. Need HELP quickly please! :x

I also get the following SQL error: This is from the Control Panel from Phoca Download, Licenses:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in D:\Hosting\3513516\html\joomla\libraries\joomla\database\database\mysql.php on line 342
