number of category name characters

is possible to change number of charccters of catagorny name that are shown ?

you can see it on

there are shown just 12-13 charcters

if this is right parameter "Number of Characters in Name" then its not working...

upgraded to 2.2.0 but still few character displaying in name... any idea ?

and Category Box Space not working too...

edit: now working ... dont know why it begins...
