Category strange view

Post by giug »

I have a problem with the category view.
Both with one or two columns the component shows the categories divided with a space every three rows.

For example, if I have one column:

cat1
cat2
cat3

cat4
cat5
...
If I have two columns:

cat1 cat2
cat3 cat4
cat5 cat6

cat7
cat8

I'd like to have:

cat1 cat2
cat3 cat4
cat5 cat6
cat7 cat8

Thank you very much.

It's the same thing that happens in the phoca demo:
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/gallery-categories

here there is an horizontal space every 5 rows.

How it is possible to remove this space?

Please help me.
Thanks another time.

Hi, I have set there 2 columns, but if the category names are long, two columns have no space in the site, so the second column will be displayed below the first colum...

if you don't want to display the space, just set only one column for displaying categories...

Thanks a lot for your answer.
But... as I said above in the first example, also if I set only one column the problem still remains.

Morover, the category names are very short... every three rows a space appears.

Hi, so only one column need to be set (if it not helps then it need to be set without images) If this will not help, then this need to be customized in the code :-(
