PHP Notice

I get repeated notices "Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /volume1/web/joomla/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/phocagallery/file/file.php on line 102".
Joomla 3.9.21, PHP version 7.3.24.
I realise that it is not a major issue, but I would like to stop the notices appearing every time I upload images. Any idea how to either fix the problem or stop the messages.

Joomla 3.9.21, PHP version 7.3.24.

Update Joomla! and PHP to current versions.
