I have tried to access my images area with every combination of thumbnail settings possible. I've tried it with pagination On and Off, I've tried it with Thumbnails On and Off, and also with Clean Thumbnails On and Off. When I try to access the images page, I don't get any errors, just a blank white page. When I try to view the page source, it is blank as well. I have an extremely large library of pictures, so I understand that they will take some time to load, but I can't even load the page with thumbnails turned off.
Is there a way to add new images through the database since I can't access the images page through the backend? Are there other parameters I can change? Is there a way to force the images page to filter the results so that only a small selection of images is requested from the database?
Using Version 2.2.0 on Joomla 1.5.9.

Re: Back end : can't acess images
Hi, if pagination thumbnail creation parameter is enabled... then only image names will be loaded from database, which are displayed on the site... so if you have pagination set to e.g. 20 ... only 20 images will be displayed and only 20 images will be checked to automatically creating of thumbnails... so there should not be any problem if you have a lot of images in your gallery...

Thank you Jan. I swear that when I turned on pagination yesterday it wouldn't work for me. Today is a better day, and I'm up and running again! I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me!
