change background on rating

Where can i change the background of the rating stars as circled in red?

Hi, the easist way is to change the image:

you can find the images in components/com_phocagallery/assets/images/

i thought it would be something simple as changing the color code. how do i change the image?

As it is an image with white background, there is no option to change it in the code, becasue there doesn't exist any code for it ...

you can find the image here:

and then you can replace it to your own...
components/com_phocagallery/assets/images/
