Images duplication issue via batch function

Hi
In my project I need to duplicate a lot of images in different categories using the batch function. But this generate 2 copies of the originals, sometimes 3 and rarely just one as it should be. This is an annoyance because I have to delete the extra copies. This occurred in Joomla 3.9.21 but also in oldest J. released.
Am I doing something wrong or it is a bug?

the video is very fast, but I think, that you have chosen the same category (during selecting).

Thank you Christine, you are right, in the video I have chosen the same category but anyway the copyes are 2 and not just one as it should be. I have posted a new video where I have chosen a different category and the issue is always there.

OK, thanks much better

You have chosen now another category = OK (during selecting). Try this way:
images > category > select category and then the batch function.

I tried your way but the issue is still there.
The question is: It's an issue that happens only on my phoca installations? (one on a site in production, one on a remote test site and one on a local site) or someone have experienced the same issue?
