Date in backend orders is wrong

In the backend under orders I have mutated an order (shipping costs set to 0.00). Afterwards this date appeared in the backend:

After a status change the date was correct again. What could be the reason for this?

Now I have installed 3.5.1.

The problem occurred as follows.
1. dashboard / orders
2. I select an order via order number
3. I click on "ordered products"
4. I change a price
5. I save
6. now this strange date appears in dashboard / orders

Hi, it seems that it was caused by the language settings which set another format for date. It should be fixed in version 3.5.2 - please test and let me know.
