Preview of standing images

I'm using the Phoca Gallery on one of my sites and i encountered a problem that i can't get by.
If i upload horizontal and vertical images the vertical aka. standing ones are getting cut off from their top and bottom. It's really annoying especially if the picture is taken of people participating in an event, coz all the visitor can see on the preview is their stomac. :D

Is there any easy solution to fix it?

Hi,
set: Crop Thumbnails=None
in Phoca Gallery Options and recreate thumbnails.
