Styling Category Name

I want to add class to Category Name but I can't find what file to edit to make override.
Any help is appreciated!

Sorry, I don't understand, what exactly you mean.

For example Demo: https://www.phoca.cz/phocacartdemo/ to change e.g. the color of "AUDI":
