Upload from front end: having trouble

I am having trouble figuring out how to do this:

I (as the administrator) want to create 5 different categories. Then I want 5 different people to be able to upload photos to their particular category.

I created one to test it, but when the other person logs in and gets to the Phoca Control Panel, they seem to have to create their own new category. They do not see the category I already created. I want them to only access the one I created for them.

How do I do this?

name them as author in the backend
