error when thumbnail process

I am using phoca gallery 2.2, I have installed it at localhost. there is no installation problem.
I have upload my photos, but when I save it and thumbnail process happen, there was an error and the massage can you see at attachement.

I am trying to do same process at server, but there is no problem, all process successfully done.
so the problem only happen at localhost

any body could help me ?

Hi,

are the settings on the localhost the same as the settings on the webserver (like memory_limit, max_execution_time, PHP version, Db version etc)

By the way, on the localhost it's probably solved by increasing the memory_limit and the max_execution_time in your php.ini

the setting is same.
then my solution for my problem just decreasing the size of my foto file size.

but where path I could find the php.ini as you said ?
