The hits counters are stuck to 0, and i don't know how to unlock them !

Is it a Phoca parameter, or a Joomla issue ?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot which hit counter you mean? Category, Image?

Hi,

which method of displaying image details do you use? When image, then even the popup is displayed, the hit will be not counted, if iframe or no popup, then the hit will be counted.

I'm using photoswipe.
I thought that, at least, the image counter of the image on witch you click to open the detail view. increase

Hi, did you read the information. When you load the category view, then there are e.g. 10 images, if you click on one, such image is displayed with help of javascript on the site directly and there is no more accessing the server, so there is no way to store the hit.
