What to download to display & sell photos?

Phoca looks perfect for my site to display and sell photos to download.
Current site uses the discontinued PicSell joomla component.

Sorry, but which Phoca components to download? So many to choose from! It looks like the stockphoto demo would be a good choice but is SimpleCaddy still the preferred cart component?
