How to display images with regular content item?

First off this extension is amazing and I am still trying to take in all the features it has. I only needed a new extension with a feature where I can crop a pictures thumbnail but I dont mind all these goodies

I apologize in advance if this is obvious but I have been looking at the documentation for a good 40 minutes and I cannot seem to figure out how to display the images in an article. This is the page I am trying to edit. I have created a category (Benilda) and uploaded the 7 images to it. Now how would I make my article show those images?

I am currently using Simple Image Rotator by Joomlaworks and all I have to do is insert {gallery}Folder Path/Benilda{/gallery} at the end of the article. How would I make the images show with Phoca?

Ok I think I got it I reread the documentation and I did not differ between uploading images and adding images to a category. Thanks anyway.

Is there anyway to edit the configuration so the images appear like this (highslide image only)? No borders no magnifying glass no download button, just the image that expands when clicked on?

Just set this method (highslide(image only)) in parameters...
