download and details icons

Thank for a great gallery appz. I have used in on several websites, I have a question, on one of my websites, the download and detail icons don't show up on the thumbnails. How do you turn it on?

sorry, actually I see where to turn it on, but have it to "Yes" but still don't get any icons?

Oh well, thanks for your help. I fool around it long enough to bugger it up enough so it eventually wouldn't load. So I had to delete the component and reinstalled it. Everything is working now.....go figure...I think I had a bad installation on the first go around.
