standing photos (thumpnail and image) are not visible

I use the latest version of phoca gallery in joomla 3.9.1. Uploading images goes fine, images of the thumbnail of upright photos remain empty, the image itself does not want to open. I can not find the cause of the problem. Who is helping me?

did you make this:

Enable Thumbnails Generation (Yes | No) Enable or disable Thumbnails Generation (Automatically thumbnails generation can be disabled e.g. in case some errors occur while thumbnails generating)
