I have trouble with added images to category.I get message : 0 Category added, 0 Image added.

Which Phoca Gallery version?
Where? frontend- or backend upload?
URL or screenshot, etc.?

sorry, I'm not able to help you, because I do not even own a Joomla! 2.5 test environment for security reasons.
Wait a bit, maybe Jan still has a J1.5 test environment.
