Limit Start error

I use Phogallery 4.1.1, When I try to add a gallery to an article, the pluguin solicite me that add a LImit Start, but when I try to select it, I can´t.
It is a error of the configuration or maybe a pluguin error?

Hi,
update Phoca Gallery Component and Phoca Gallery Plugin and if necessary your Joomla! and then check if the error persists.
