Rating permission

I want any one in the site to be able to rate without registration or login, I don't see this option in the configuration of Pholca Gallery
Only registered user can vote or submit comments, so how to allow everyone to vote and comment without registration or login in pholca galerry

May be is their any part in the script of pholca that I can change to allow any one to submit comment and rate, it must be part in the script where if not registred do not show the comment option and rating

If not hope it will be done in the next release of the Gallery

Hi, not so easy, it is under MVC so there is no only one piece of code there but the whole solution in more files
