Memory exhaust while installing PG in a JoomFish module

Trying to install Phoca Gallery
have this message
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /mnt/sites/******.com/web/administrator/modules/mod_translate/mod_translate.php on line 52

how may I fix this?
is this a joomfish problem?

I read this document but I got confuse because of the mod_translate... thought it was a joomfish problem.
