Detail View without Mootols available?

Hello,

I have one question: Is there any of the detail views that would not need the Mootools but where JQuery would be sufficient? I tried all, but everytime Mootools are loaded.
I'm integrating the galleries via the plugin, but the detail view should generated by the main component, or is that wrong?
Background for this is, that I want to get rid of the Mootools as they are not used inside Joomla core anymore and Phoca Gallery is the only component on my website that needs it.

Hi, some of the methods do not have e.g. iframe alternative - for example, you are using photoswipe for displaying images but e.g. displaying of popup with exif information cannot be displayed with photoswipe, so modal (mootools) is used.

In fact Phoca Photo was done to not load unnecessary libraries and unnecessary features
