Facebook user settings

Hi,

If I wanted to add a new facebook user and fill the App ID and App Secret fields and click on save. The app try to connect/login into facebook but there is an error message that shows some submission is needed, and user settings are not filled.
A couple of months ago there was no problem, whats wrong??

Hi, the problem of Facebook API is, is changes often and now the changes are so large then new libraries for newest API must be written, which takes a lot of time

If so, what are the values that I am looking for in facebook?
