Google+ UserID and AlbumID

Hello,
could somebody show me the userid and albumid in the following url:
https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/1149 ... 7qubwqWKYA
I've tryed it with the UserId 114925264175742763576 , the AlbumId 6417400171573569025 and with or without authkey CKeR7qubwqWKYA.

Phoca Gallery says me every time, that the album isn't found. Could somebody help me.

There is no more possible to import not public albums from Google.
