Problem with thumbnails

Hi guys,
I was using Phoca gallery for last couple of years and I never had an issue.
But recently I swapped hostings so I backed up one of the sites with akeeba and moved to another hosting.
Everything was alright thumbnails were shown without issues but then I created new folder with new photos and thumbnails didn't work.
as you see over here there are no thumbnails http://www.hnutiskalp.cz/akce/letni-tab ... alaxy-2016
on the other hand here you can see one of the old folders http://www.hnutiskalp.cz/akce/letni-tab ... recka-2015

I tried generate thumbnails through phoca and I tried to create theme myself and upload them through FTP and nether of it worked.
Anyone got an idea what could be wrong? I was googling so much and didn't find any solution.
I'll be happy for any help.

Hi, when I try to access the thumbnail directly on your site, I get the following error:

You don't have permission to access ... images/phocagallery/Vse/Akce/Letni_tabory/Galaxy_2016/thumbs/phoca_thumb_m_Galaxy 2016_02.jpg on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

So seems there is some limit, but of course, there is a question if this limit is valid for accessing the file directly or if it is valid even for displaying it in html (I think there is no difference so maybe this needs to be solved in the server settings )
