Upgrading Joomla to 3.x missing 2 phoca gallery tables

While upgrading Joomla 2.x to 3.x,
and accordingly Phoca Gallery to the latest version
I have discovered that at least 2 dB tables of Phoca Gallery are missing - tables for the styles and tags.

We've had latest Phoca Gallery for the Joomla 2.5.latest.
Upgraded Joomla to the 3.6.5.
Installed/upgraded Phoca Gallery to 4.3.4. (all data has been preserved)

Database tables missing.

We had to create those db tables manually in order to make the galleries work.
All good by now, after many tests.

Would you please correct the update/upgrade script so that it includes the missing tables?

Hi, did you follow this guide:

(when installing Phoca Gallery 4.x in Joomla! 3, all neccessary tables will be created)
